Just UsPairing
Both of you need Just Us, on iOS 26.4 or later.
- Stand together. Pairing happens in person, in the same room.
- Each of you scan the other's code.
- If the app asks you to update, make sure both phones run the latest version.
Notifications aren't arriving
- Check that notifications are allowed for Just Us in the Settings app.
- Open Just Us once so it can reconnect.
- If they still don't arrive, email us.
A new phone
A new phone needs a fresh pairing, which ends your current bond for both of you. On the old phone, go to SettingsDevice & support, save a copy of your history, then sever. Pair the new phone with your partner in person, and restore the copy there.
Ending your bond
Go to SettingsDevice & supportSever. This ends the bond for both of you and wipes your phone's data.
It can't be undone. See the privacy policy for what's deleted.
